The volumes 4 and 5 of the Commentary regard detailed obligations and include discussion of issues of contracts and other institutions of the bond law regulated in Art. 535-921 (16). In the 2nd edition of the commentary, the issue of sales contracts (including consumer sales), with broad coverage of guarantees for defects, and the impact of the new provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 on the insurance contract or the contract of work were presented. The focus was on changes in agreement contractation and annuity related to the Act of 14 April 2016 on the suspension of the sale of the property of the Agricultural Property of the State Treasury and amending certain acts. This commentary has been enriched with the latest, very extensive court case and literature of the subject.
