Attorney with the Real Estate Team, specialising in legal advice within the scope of joint venture, real estate trade, financing transactions, construction law, lease agreements and re-privatisation proceedings.

Expert on advising on capital group restructuring and their indebtedness (both the borrowers and lenders) as well as day-to-day advice for large and medium business entities. He mainly advises clients from the real estate industry.

  • Comprehensive legal advice to a Spanish investment fund on transactions involving purchase of office complexes in Poland;
  • Legal services for restructuring of the Polish part of the capital group of a foreign investment fund (covering in particular in-kind contribution of assets in Polish companies to the new holding company and transfer of an enterprise in the form of an office complex between companies);
  • Legal advice to Polish companies constructing wind farms in connection with these companies obtaining financing for execution of the conducted projects;
  • Legal advice to an American medical concern in a due diligence process in connection with planned purchase of warehouses and manufacturing real estate located in a special economic zone;
  • Legal advice in a corporate dispute to a foreign shareholder of a company which owns a hotel in the Old Town in Krakow;
  • Legal advice to Polish companies which belong to an international capital group which executes technical installations, including in particular electrical installations, in restructuring of their debt;
  • Legal advice to a Polish company in negotiations of an agreement on sale of a building plot (intended for a housing estate), located in Warsaw;
  • Legal advice to a Polish company in negotiating an agreement on sale of a historical palace in Krakow;
  • Legal advice to foreign banks on establishment of security instruments for their benefit by Polish companies; the instruments hedged repayment of loans extended by the banks to these companies or other entities from their capital groups;
  • Preparation, for the heirs of the former owner of a manufacturing plant, of a constitutional complaint under a case concerning declaration of invalidity of decisions issued pursuant to the Act of 3 January 1946 on takeover of basic branches of the national economy by the State;
  • Representation of clients, heirs of pre-war owners of forest real estate, in cases concerning declaration of usucaption of that real estate by the State Treasury;
